Governing Terms

Terms of Service

Rules for using the EasyWorth platform: account responsibilities, acceptable use, and payment terms.

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit for screening and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Free-tier usage is limited per email address and network; attempting to circumvent that limit is a violation of these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

The platform may be used to screen carriers, importers, trade parties, and vessels against the government registries it connects to. You may not use it to harass, defame, or make adverse determinations against any party without a legitimate compliance basis, or to resell raw registry data as your own product.

3. Payments

Each registry is priced per query as shown at checkout; the first three queries per email address are free on most registries. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — EasyWorth never stores your card details. Certificates are generated and sealed only after payment is confirmed.

4. Liability, Outcomes, and Legal Advice

EasyWorth's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. EasyWorth does not guarantee any specific legal, regulatory, or financial outcome from its documentation services; certificates represent the state of the listed data sources at the time of sealing. EasyWorth Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice — consult qualified counsel for your specific compliance obligations. You agree to indemnify EasyWorth against claims arising from your use of its documentation as a substitute for legal counsel or from inaccurate data you provide. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This agreement is governed by North Carolina law, with disputes resolved exclusively through binding AAA arbitration in Mecklenburg County, NC.
