What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Isolated Infrastructure

Client screening data lives in isolated, access-controlled infrastructure and is used only to run the screen you requested, seal the result, and generate your certificate.

Never Sold

We never sell, lease, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. It is not used to train any third-party AI model.

1. What We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run a screen, seal the result, and issue a certificate: the party name, identifier (USDOT/MC/IMO/HTS code as applicable), your email address for delivery and free-tier tracking, and payment confirmation from Stripe for paid queries. We do not require or collect more than that.

2. How Long We Keep It

Sealed certificates and their underlying screening evidence are retained on the immutable Master Ledger indefinitely, since their evidentiary value depends on being permanent and unaltered. Account and billing records are kept as long as your account is active plus any period required by tax or financial recordkeeping law.

3. Access, Correction, and Deletion

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct inaccurate account details, or request deletion of your account and non-ledger personal data. Because sealed certificates are evidentiary records, we cannot delete or alter a certificate once issued — the same tamper-evidence that protects you also prevents selective deletion. Send requests to lynch@easyworthsurcharge.com.
